Delivery

From Montmagny to the Gaspé Peninsula

We deliver from Montmagny to the Gaspé Peninsula, as well as in northern New Brunswick. Transport is priced by distance: ask for it with your quote.

How delivery works

20-foot container

Delivered on a tilt-bed platform that sets the container on the ground by itself. No equipment needed on your side.

Plan clear access for the truck and flat, firm ground where the container will sit.

40-foot container

Delivered on a flatbed trailer. You must have a machine on site that can lift the container to unload it.

An empty 40-foot High-Cube weighs about 8,600 lb.

Frequently asked questions

Can I rent a shipping container?

Yes. We rent 20-foot containers ($220/month) and 40-foot High-Cube containers ($350/month) on a monthly basis. Delivery and return transport are paid by the customer.

How much does delivery cost?

Transport is priced by distance and container size. We deliver from Montmagny to the Gaspé Peninsula and in northern New Brunswick. Request a quote or call us at 418 867-1705.

Do I need equipment on site to receive my container?

Not for a 20-foot: it arrives on a tilt-bed platform that sets the container on the ground by itself. A 40-foot arrives on a flatbed trailer, so you need a machine on site that can lift it off.

What is the difference between new, used grade A and grade B?

A new container has made a single overseas trip. A used grade A container shows normal wear with a sound structure. A grade B container has more wear and surface rust; it is the budget choice when looks matter less.

Should I buy or rent?

For a short-term need, renting is simpler. As a rough guide, excluding transport, renting a 20-foot adds up to the price of a used grade A 20-foot after about 14 months, and renting a 40-foot High-Cube adds up to the price of a used 40-foot after about 11 months.

Do I need a permit to place a container?

It depends on your municipality. Check with them before delivery, especially in a residential area.

Do you serve customers in English?

Yes. Our team serves customers in English and French, by phone, by email and in store.
